Transit apps are notoriously awful at every level. This app is perfectly fine. It lets me buy tickets with near zero pain. Its a simple interface that just gets the job done. Only bummers are the ticket printing. Also a bug where the selected departure it out of view (above the top bar) after its selected and needs to be "pulled" down.

Its great that Peter Pan finally made an app but whats the point of even having the app if you still cannot use the app as a way of getting a ticket on the go?! You still need to find a printer and use a computer to print out your ticket...

I was really excited to learn that Peter Pan finally got an app...only to be sorely disappointed by the fact that I STILL need to print my tickets. WHAT GIVES? When will this company finally enter the 21st century? Their actual bus service is also mediocre at best. This app really isnt helping their case.

A step in the right direction, but Peter Pan desperately needs mobile boarding. Megabus, BoltBus, and every airline in the country let you board with your phone.

Pretty useless so far. I agree with the other reviews, theres got to be a way to board with the app and not require a printer, especially when purchasing a ticket on my phone. Also, why isnt the "locate my bus" feature part of the app? I want to know if I missed the bus or if its on time and Id like to know where I am on the bus and what me arrival ETA is.

I have been waiting for this app for quite sometime. It looks and works great!

This makes getting my bus tickets so much easier. Ive loved this app since day one and highly recommend it to anybody I know who uses public transportation.

You dont need the words in the icon. It doesnt look nice on my home screen and makes me want to hide it in a folder.

This app is useless I can get the times from the website if that is what this is for. It occupies more space in my device then what I can do with. We need to be able to use this app without printing the actual ticket. It is so inconvenient to take the bus and have to worry about printing my ticket. It needs to happen on the fly, no bugs but useless. It also needs to tell me as a customer like many people mentioned before if the bus left me or if the bus is still on its way or if tickets were or are sold out... This is the new technology ERA so lets get up to date.

Needing to print out the ticket - no easy task at the bus terminal - makes this app useless and the fact that the bus never arrived to pick us up and the company refused to reimburse the tickets makes this company totally useless and one I would never use again. Delete.

Well organised and on point

The app itself is structured fine, but the fact that we still have to print tickets and cant use the app itself to present to the drivers as proof of purchase is ridiculous. Basically defeats the purpose of even having an app, just adding to the failures of this company
